Experience the Smokies like the locals do this Fall! Here are a few of our favorite things to do during leaf-falling-season. Check them out!

  1. Kyker Farms

If you want to experience the locals’ favorite way to ring in Fall, head to family-owned Kyker Farms. With hay-rides, pumpkin picking, bonfires, a petting zoo, and ‘krazy korn mazes’, your whole family will have a blast for hours on end! Don’t forget about the homemade apple cider and fresh hot chocolate (absolute Fall necessities in our opinion). The adult-sized playground is fun for everyone with swings and slides! Closer to Halloween, hang around ‘til dark for the ultimate haunted corn maze. Read more about it here!

Address: 938 Alder Branch Rd. Sevierville, TN

  1. Carver’s Applehouse Restaurant and Orchard

What a favorite this one is! This local gem is just down the road in Cosby, TN. The Carver family has been growing apples since the 1940s and opened up their orchard and restaurant to the public where they sell everything from ciders to jams. The food is home-cooked with staple southern recipes. Trust us when we say those apple fritters served with every meal are a delicacy!

Address: 3460 Cosby Hwy. Cosby, TN

  1. Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud Show

This show is more like a good ol’ fashioned competition. Experience an hour and a half of competitive lumberjack events featuring the Dawson and McGraw families world-class lumberjacks! With real athletes making lumberjack events look easy, you’ll be on your toes at the rowdiest competition in town!

Address: 2530 Parkway Pigeon Forge, TN

  1. Dollywood’s Harvest Festival

Nothing completes a Pigeon Forge visit like a trip to Dollywood. The Harvest Festival is a joy to locals and visitors alike. They spare no creativity during this time; proven by the hundreds of pumpkins, scarecrows, and spooky decorations. Experience this Fall wonderland from September 24- October 30, 2021.

Address: 2700 Dollywood Parks Blvd. Pigeon Forge, TN

Be sure to come visit us at 112 Dollywood Lane (just behind TopJump Trampoline & Extreme Arena) and have a great Fall in the Smokies! We’ll see y’all real soon!
