IT Support
IT support can assist you with a wide range of technical issues and challenges. Whether it’s troubleshooting software glitches, setting up new devices, configuring network settings, or securing your systems against cyber threats, IT help is available to keep your technology running smoothly.
Onboard a Team Member
After someone has completed an onsite interview, they must then be onboarded through BambooHR. This ensures that we get all the legally required information from them that we need. After they have been onboarded they will spend their first day in training at the corporate offices and then will officially be part of the team!
Maintenance Requests
The maintenance team handles all structural and physical defects within the businesses. Submit a ticket for things like holes in walls, leaking pipes, blown lights, and any other maintenance related tasks. You can also email maintenance requests to workorder@topconcepts.us
Human Resources
Our Human Resources Department is here to help out with any of your employee related needs, check stubs, tax documents and info changes, visit BambooHR. The HR department is available via phone or email Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can reach them by emailing hr@topconcepts.us or by calling 865-327-2483.
Marketing
Our marketing team works tirelessly to ensure that our brands are perfectly presented to the public, but they also do a lit of things behind the scenes. They also handle all in house signage and graphics, pass exchanges, donations, and community events and sponsorships. Group Sales
Our group sales team is responsible for all group events, birthday parties, and FIT ticketing for all of our locations.
